VSS Officer Capabilities

Emergency/First Aid Procedures and Training:

VSS Security Services trains each security officer assigned to your property to ensure that they are properly certified in the areas of First Aid, CPR and Safety.

Fire Prevention & Safety:

VSS’s mission is to provide fire prevention and life safety services through code enforcement and inspections. With the cooperation of local fire officials, general fire inspections, operating and special use permitting, and complaint investigation will occur.

Emergency Preparedness/Procedures:

VSS officers are trained to assist with the following examples of emergency procedures: Bomb Threats, Building, Campus, and Room Lockdown, Earthquake, Evacuation, Fire, Flood, Medical and Power Loss.

Tenant/Client Public Relations:

VSS takes tremendous pride in understanding the importance of their clients growing expectations. It is their goal to provide clients with quality, professionalism, depth of resources, experience and flexibility. To meet these expectations, the operation manager and or branch manager communicates daily with the on-site representative, to safeguard all expectations are met.

Report Writing:

VSS views report writing as an essential skill for their officers to have. Our reports are calculated to be informative, distinct and concise as possible.
