Employment Criteria: Once their application is received, the interview process begins. Our minimum requirements for all new hires are:
- Must pass a drug and alcohol screening.
- Must clear a Federal and State background check.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess legal federal documentation to work.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must verify previous employment for last three years.
- Must have dependable transportation.
If applicant meets minimum standards, they will be contacted, and an appointment is set for further screening.
VSS Security does not accept any walk-in applicants for interviews.
