Employment Criteria: Once their application is received, the interview process begins. Our minimum requirements for all new hires are:

• Must pass a drug and alcohol screening.
• Must clear a Federal and State background check.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess legal federal documentation to work.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must verify previous employment for last three years.
• Must have dependable transportation.

If applicant meets minimum standards, they will be contacted, and an appointment is set for further screening.

VSS Security does not accept any walk-in applicants for interviews.
